Gate Maintenance

Hello Neighbors,

Please be advised that maintenance work on the Waterside gates is scheduled for tomorrow. The upper safety loops for the e

ntry gate will be replaced initially, necessitating the use of the exit gate for all traffic during this phase. Subsequently, a power inverter will be installed on the exit gate to enable a battery backup function in the event of a power failure.

During a power outage, both gates will operate as usual until the batteries are depleted, at which point they will remain open until power is restored.

While the power inverter is being installed, all traffic will be redirected to use the entry gate. We kindly ask everyone to exercise caution and drive carefully during this period.
