🌸 Springtime Beautification Reminder for Waterside 🌸

Hello Waterside Neighbors,

Spring is just around the corner, and it's the perfect time to refresh our yards and homes to keep Waterside looking beautiful! As part of our annual springtime beautification efforts, we want to remind everyone of a few key areas to focus on:

🌲 Pine Straw & Mulch:

Please refresh your pine straw or mulch in all appropriate beds. New Red long-needle pine straw or black mulch are the approved materials to help maintain a consistent look throughout the neighborhood.

🌳 Dead Tree Removal:

Please take a moment to assess your property and remove any dead trees or large limbs that may have been damaged over the winter. If a dead tree is on your property, it is your responsibility to have it removed.If the tree is located on neighborhood common property, the HOA will coordinate removal in the near future.

⚠️ Important Reminder – Beware of Door-to-Door Pine Straw Salesmen:

Please do NOT purchase pine straw or other landscaping services from door-to-door salespeople. These individuals are not approved vendors, and unfortunately, many are known to scam residents by overcharging or delivering poor-quality materials. If you need trusted vendor recommendations, feel free to reach out to the HOA.

Let's work together to keep Waterside looking its best this spring! The HOA will be inspecting the neigborhood for issues shortly we will keep you updated.. If you have any questions or need clarification, don't hesitate to contact the HOA board.
